Cowboy Church offers a come-as-you-are, relaxed atmosphere where people are valued more than programs, and relationships are more important than religion. There’s a place for everyone at Cleveland Cowboy Church.
Each week at Cowboy Church you will hear and sing along with some down-home, toe-tappin’, hand-clappin’ Christian country and Southern Gospel music from the Cleveland Cowboy Church Band. Just like the people at Cowboy Church, we don’t turn away a song just because it may not fit the right “genre.” If it’s good and you like it, we’ll sing it.
Our pastor, Brother Wally, always brings a relevant and interesting message that you can really hang your hat on. But you will want to listen close the first time... Pastor Wally doesn't repeat himself. That just means he gets the message said in about 15 to 20 minutes. By the way, did we mention that your hat doesn’t have to be a Stetson to hang in Cowboy Church? Most of our members don’t even own a cowboy hat, or a horse either, for that matter. Cowboy Church isn’t about cowboys, it’s about the independent spirit and friendliness of the cowboy way. The messages at Cowboy Church help us live out our faith in the real world.
There’s a non-judgmental spirit at Cowboy Church. We’re not interested in what you’ve done, where you’ve been or who you did it with. We are all sinners saved by the Grace of God. We’re interested in what you want to do, where you want to go, and who you want to be. Jesus doesn’t turn anyone away, and neither does Cowboy Church. We’ve all found ourselves in need of a second chance or a new beginning. Marital status, skin color, what you drive, or ride, and what you wear are non-issues at Cowboy Church.
